Suggested Preparation
Thaw fully in the fridge overnight. For best results, cook low and slow — high heat will split the skins. Pan fry over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown all over and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C). Alternatively, bake in the oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Serve with creamy mash, caramelised onion gravy, and a good mustard on the side.
