Delivery Areas We currently deliver to addresses within Hong Kong. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Cut-Off & Delivery Schedule Orders placed before [11:00 PM] on a business day will be processed for the next available delivery slot. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Same-day or next-day delivery: available for orders placed before [11:00 AM] (subject to availability)

Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery on orders over HK$800
  • Standard delivery fee: HK$100 for orders below the free shipping threshold

Temperature-Controlled Delivery All orders are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice to maintain the cold chain. Products are shipped chilled or frozen as labelled. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly to preserve product quality.

Missed Deliveries If no one is available to receive your order, our courier will [leave in a safe place / attempt redelivery / return the order]. My Meat Man is not responsible for product quality if the order is left unattended for an extended period.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email/contact form] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Public Holidays We do not deliver on Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed around public holidays may experience delays.
