Lello Artisan Pasta's Rigatoni are a Melbourne-made tribute to one of Italy's most iconic pasta formats. Large, ridged tubes with a wide hollow centre — rigatoni is engineered for sauce. The ridges grip chunky, meaty ragùs, the hollow centre fills with creamy, silky sauces, and the robust structure holds its shape beautifully whether tossed in a pan or baked in the oven.

Handmade from 100% Australian durum semolina with nothing added, Lello's rigatoni has the firm bite and honest flavour of pasta made with real craft and care.

Sauce it with:

  • A slow-braised beef or pork ragù with pecorino and fresh basil
  • Baked rigatoni al forno with napolitana, mozzarella, and ricotta
  • Creamy sausage and broccoli with chilli and garlic
  • Rich amatriciana with guanciale, tomato, and pecorino romano
  • Roasted eggplant and tomato with burrata for a vegetarian showstopper

Ingredients: Durum semolina, salt.

Cook in well-salted boiling water for 12–14 minutes until al dente. Finish in the pan with your sauce, or bake for a further 20 minutes for a classic pasta al forno.
