How to Cook Southern Blue Whiting
Pan-Fried: Thaw, pat dry, season. Medium-high heat. 2–3 min per side until golden. Rest 1–2 min.
Baked: 190°C, season with olive oil, lemon, herbs. Bake 12–15 min.
Battered/Crumbed (Fish & Chips): Coat in seasoned flour, egg and breadcrumbs or batter. Fry at 180°C for 3–4 min until golden.
