How to Cook King Snapper
The key is: high heat for crispy skin — don't overcook
Pan-Fried (Best): Thaw fully, pat dry (especially skin), score skin lightly. Heat oil over high heat. Skin-side down 3–4 min pressing gently for first 30 seconds. Flip and cook flesh-side 1–2 min. Rest 2 min.
