How to Cook Barramundi
Pan-Fried (Best): Thaw, pat dry (especially skin), score lightly. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Skin-side down 4–5 min until crispy. Flip and cook 2–3 min. Flesh should be white and flaky.
Oven: 180°C, skin-up on lined tray. 12–15 min until just cooked through.
