Suggested Preparation
Thaw fully in the fridge. Pat dry and lightly season with salt. Cook over medium heat with butter or light oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Alternatively bake at 170–180°C for 8–10 minutes. Keep seasoning simple — lemon, capers and fresh herbs are all you need. Do not overcook — the flesh should be opaque and delicate. Avoid heavy sauces that overpower the fish.
