Serving Suggestions

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Serve chilled with a squeeze of lemon and good mayonnaise — the meat is already cooked and needs nothing more. Alternatively, halve lengthways and finish briefly on a hot grill with garlic butter for 2–3 minutes. Do not overcook; the meat is already at its best and simply needs warming through. Serve immediately.
