How to Cook Blue Grenadier
Pan-Fried (Best): Thaw, pat dry (especially skin), score lightly. Heat oil over high heat. Skin-side down 3–4 min. Flip 1–2 min. Rest 2 min.
Baked: 200°C, skin-up on lined tray. 12–15 min until just cooked.
