Pan Sear + Simmer (Best): Heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs in batches, turning to brown all sides — 3–4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer on low for 10–15 minutes.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C. Bake for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway. Internal temp 75°C.

Air Fryer: 180°C for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
