The best meatballs start with the best meat β€” and these deliver. Made from a blend of premium Australian beef and lamb, these meatballs are seasoned and shaped for a juicy, tender bite with rich, savoury depth that comes only from combining two great meats. Whether you're simmering them in a slow-cooked tomato sauce, threading them onto skewers, or tossing them through pasta, these are the meatballs that make the dish.

Each pack contains 20 meatballs (400g net), frozen fresh and ready to cook straight from the freezer.

Cooking Instructions

Pan-fry: Heat a splash of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs from frozen for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly until browned all over and cooked through.

Oven: Preheat to 200Β°C. Place on a lined tray and bake from frozen for 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Simmer in sauce: Add frozen meatballs directly to your simmering sauce and cook for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.

Store frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Always ensure meatballs are cooked through before serving.

Perfect Wine Pairing

The rich, savoury beef and lamb blend deserves the depth and structure of a generous Barossa GSM — the 2022 John Duval Plexus Barossa Valley Shiraz Grenache Mourvèdre, available from our sister store My Wine Man — a lush, opulent Barossa GSM blend with dark plum, spice, and silky tannins that stands up to the rich beef and lamb perfectly.
