How to Cook Hoki

Pan-Fried: Thaw, pat dry, season. Optionally dust with flour. Medium-high heat. 2–3 min per side until golden. Rest 1–2 min.

Baked: 190°C, season with olive oil, lemon, herbs. 12–15 min until just cooked.

Battered/Crumbed: Coat in seasoned flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry at 180°C for 3–4 min. Classic fish and chips fish.
