Suggested Preparation
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper, or marinate for extra flavour. Pan-fry over medium to medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side — let it develop colour before flipping. Target 74°C internal temperature. Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving. Thigh is very forgiving — it stays juicy even with a little extra heat, making it ideal for batch cooking and meal prep.
