Suggested Preparation
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Pat the skin dry for better crisping. Season generously with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices or marinade. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–45 minutes, turning once halfway. Target 74°C internal temperature — juices should run clear. Also excellent on the BBQ or in an air fryer. Very forgiving — ideal for beginners and batch cooking.
