How to Cook Barramundi
The key is: high heat for crispy skin — don't overcook
Pan-Fried (Best): Thaw, pat dry (especially skin), score lightly. Heat oil over high heat. Skin-side down 3–4 min pressing gently. Flip 1–2 min. Rest 2 min.
Oven: 200°C, skin-up on lined tray, 12–15 min.
