How to Cook Sea Bream Fillets
Pan-Fried (Best): Thaw, pat dry, season. Optionally dust with flour. Medium heat with oil/butter. 2–3 min per side until golden. Rest 1–2 min.
Steamed (Asian Style): Steam 6–8 min. Finish with hot sesame oil, soy, ginger and spring onion.
