How to Cook Ocean Trout
Pan-Fried (Best): Thaw, pat dry (especially skin), score lightly. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Skin-side down 4–5 min until crispy. Flip and cook 2 min. Centre slightly translucent is ideal.
Oven: 180°C, skin-up on lined tray. 10–12 min until just cooked.
