How to cook:
- BBQ or grill: Cook from frozen over medium heat for 4–5 minutes each side until golden and heated through
- Pan fry: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat, cook 4–5 minutes each side
- Oven: Bake at 200°C for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway
