How to Cook

The key is: medium-high heat, don't move it too early — let it form a crust first

Pan-Fried (Best): Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook from frozen or thawed for 4–5 minutes per side. Don't move it for the first 3 minutes — let the crust form.

BBQ / Grill: Medium heat, lightly oiled grates. Cook 4–5 minutes per side. Use a wide spatula and flip only once.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
