Suggested Preparation

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Heat a wok or pan to very high heat with a little oil. Cook strips in a single layer for 2–3 minutes — do not overcrowd. The honey will caramelise on the strips — this is what you want. Finish with a splash of sesame oil and serve over steamed jasmine rice, noodles, or in lettuce cups with cucumber and spring onion.
