How to cook:
- BBQ or grill: Thaw overnight, cook over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes each side until cooked through
- Pan fry: Heat oil over medium-high heat, cook 6–8 minutes each side until golden and juices run clear
- Oven roast: Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, resting for 5 minutes before serving
