Our Boneless Chicken Herb & Garlic Marinade takes premium Australian free-range chicken and does the hard work for you. Marinated in a fragrant blend of garden herbs and roasted garlic, every piece is infused with bold, aromatic flavour that penetrates deep into the meat — so whether you grill it, roast it, or pan-fry it, the result is always juicy, tender, and packed with flavour.

At 1kg, it's the perfect centrepiece for a family dinner or a weekend BBQ spread.

How to cook:

  • BBQ or grill: Thaw overnight, cook over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes each side until cooked through
  • Pan fry: Heat oil over medium-high heat, cook 6–8 minutes each side until golden and juices run clear
  • Oven roast: Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, resting for 5 minutes before serving
