Skewers with herbs
: 50g Raw Octopus per skewer
Prep & Cook:
Cut up raw octopus, skewer and
marinate in garlic, olive oil and other herbs.
Cook on a flame grill for 7
minutes or until brown.
Serve on a bed of crispy lettuce.
