Quick 'n' Easy Bolognese

1. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non stick saucepan over medium heat. Add 1/2 a large diced onion and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

2. Add the mince and brown for 5 minutes until broken into small mince like pieces.

3. Add 400g of your favourite tomato pasta sauce and simmer gently.

Season and serve with Pasta!
