These Scallops are larger than most! There are around five to seven scallops per pack.

Harvested in the Atlantic ocean of Eastern Canada. We only choose the freshest and the best quality as sashimi grade. To keep the sweet flavour, all of our scallops are frozen at sea. These are dry-packed which means No chemical or water is added. 

Defrost Method: 

Overnight: Place the desired amount of scallops on a thick layer of paper towel, cover with Food film. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Rinse, Pat Dry.

Quick: Submerge the sealed bag in cold water for 30 minutes. Remove scallops from the bag, rinse, Pat Dry. 

Cooking Instructions: Sear Scallop with Butter Sauce

1. Sear the Scallop on a non-stick pan over medium heat on each side for 1.5 minutes or until golden brown.

2. For the sauce, simply add 40g butter and a pinch of salt to the pan until melted, then mix the brown scallop juice on the pan. (optional: add 1 tbsp flour to thicken the sauce)

3. Note: Do not put too many scallops when pan-fry or will not turn golden brown.
